Terms
These short terms set the ground rules for using TesterGround during early access.
Effective August 11, 2026
The service
TesterGround is a community service for finding Android closed-test participants and arranging mutual tests. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. We do not guarantee a specific tester count, uninterrupted participation, Google Play approval, or any launch result.
Your account
You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your sign-in method secure, and be legally able to agree to these terms where you live. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Contact Support promptly if you believe your account is being misused.
Apps and testing
- Only list apps and testing links you own or are authorized to manage.
- Follow the participation status and return-test commitment shown when you join. The standard campaign asks you to keep test access for the stated period; it does not require a daily app launch unless a campaign clearly says otherwise.
- Give honest, useful feedback. Points, access, or reciprocal testing must never depend on leaving a positive public rating or review.
- Do not use bots, fake accounts, malware, harassment, spam, deceptive evidence, or attempts to manipulate tester counts or trust signals.
- Do not disclose another member's private testing link or private feedback.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give TesterGround a limited permission to store, process, display, and transmit it only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You must have the rights needed to submit that content and must avoid unnecessary personal, confidential, or harmful material.
Moderation and account deletion
We may restrict or remove content, campaigns, or accounts that create security, legal, or community risk or violate these terms. You may request deletion from Settings. Public access is blocked promptly, while private media and authentication cleanup may finish asynchronously and limited integrity or dispute records may remain as described in the Privacy notice.
Early-access limits
The service may change, pause, or experience errors during early access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided as available without promises that every feature, link, notification, or third-party service will always work. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product changes. We will revise the effective date or provide additional notice for a material change. Questions can be sent to support@testerground.dev.
