Email support@testerground.dev. Include the page you were using, what you expected, what happened, and the request ID shown in an error response if one is available.

Common requests

• Account access: say whether Google or email-link sign-in failed. Never send a password, OAuth code, magic-link token, or API key.
• Testing issue: include the app name and the step that failed. Do not paste private Play testing or Google Group links unless we specifically request them.
• Safety or abuse: describe the account, campaign, or exchange and why it is unsafe. Avoid sending screenshots that contain unrelated personal information.
• Privacy: ask to access, correct, or delete information, withdraw optional consent, or report a concern.

Self-service

Use Settings to update your profile, manage browser push and newsletter consent, log out, or start account deletion. If you cannot sign in to delete your account, email us from the address associated with it and include your community username. Do not include an authentication token.

Before you send sensitive material

Start with the smallest useful description. We will ask for additional evidence only when it is necessary. Review our Privacy notice and Terms for the service's data and participation boundaries.
